Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are collected by your local carrier or customs office upon delivery.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's considered delivered. We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item, and we'll make it right.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Pre-order items will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
